Coming from a rich mix of Congolese, French, and Vietnamese backgrounds, I’m a passionate UX/UI Designer with over 5 years of experience in the finance industry.
Currently based in Zürich, Switzerland, I started as a UX/UI Designer at Credit Suisse where I became a subject-matter expert in mortgages and payments. Since January 2024, I have taken up a new role as a Design Lead for Corporate and Institutional clients at UBS. Whether it's designing client-friendly mobile banking apps or complex web-based advisory platforms for experts, I thrive on transforming complex challenges into elegant solutions.
I embarked on my professional journey geared up with a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication, all ready to become the next best Marketing Officer or Sales person they’ve ever met. Well... Life had other plans, and after a whirlwind of internships to find my true calling in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Vietnam and France, I stumbled upon UX/UI design in Zürich by sheer chance. Thanks to a fantastic boss who took a chance on me, I learned the ropes of UX/UI design on the job and fell in love with it!
Outside of the design world, I'm a global citizen who has called 7 different countries home and who has cultivated an open-minded and adaptive approach to life.
